The ETH Wohnforum – ETH CASE is an interdisciplinary research centre at the Faculty of Architecture.
A team consisting of architects, and other professionals from social and cultural science disciplines focuses on research and development aimed at deepening our understanding of sustainability within the complex field of man, society and the built environment.
Know-how and tools for researching and evaluating the situation of residential construction and ways of living are used in sustainable urban development in Switzerland and abroad. The scientific insights into the mutual influence of social developments and the corresponding practise of space are part of teaching in the architects' training.
The ETH Wohnforum – ETH CASE works closely with universities, technical colleges, research institutions, federal boards, enterprises and foundations.
