Schwerpunkte

In the SNF project Repair, Maintenance and Urban Assemblage, Alain Bovet uses and expands his experience in the ethnomethodological analysis of video-recorded interactions. Video data give access to situated details of janitor work as it is accomplished for tenants and in their flats. The project aims at analyzing and documenting the specific contribution that janitors bring to the quality of infrastructure and the built environment.
